Carpets, Mats & Scuff Plates
SERVICE INFORMATION
The carpets/mats are retained around the perimeter of the floor panel by the interior trim mouldings, trim panels and scuff plates.
To remove a carpet/mat, all of the retaining trim mouldings and panels must be removed along with all the overlapping and interfering components (as
applicable):

the seats;
-
the scuff plates;
Transmission Shift Mechanism
-
the transmission floor shift levers, bezels and boots;
-
the engine cover; and
-
all other interfering attached components.
REMOVAL
1. Remove the protective floor mats (if equipped).
2. Remove trim panels and all the overlapping and interfering components.
