SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Complaints of inoperative park, tail, side marker lamps and clock display may be caused by a blown # 14 fuse. The fuse may blow if the headlamp
switch is bumped or jarred, which can cause the switch to contact the retainer that secures the switch to the instrument panel. The headlamps are not
affected. A revised headlamp switch retainer is now available and should be installed using the following procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This procedure involves replacement of the headlamp switch retainer with a revised part.
1.
With the ignition switch in the OFF position, disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Remove the headlamp switch retainer and discard.
3.
Install the new headlamp switch retainer, PN 56007084.
4.
Connect the negative battery cable.
