Evaporative Emission Control Canister: Service and Repair
EVAP Canister Removal B Series Vans
REMOVAL
1. Remove fuel tubes and vacuum hoses from canister.
2. Remove canister mounting strap bolt.
3. Remove canister and two piece strap from mounting bracket.
INSTALLATION
1. Position canister in mounting bracket, at a 45° to frame rail.
2. Install canister and straps on mounting brackets.
3. Install canister bolt and tighten to 10 Nm (95 in-lbs).
4. Install fuel tubes and vacuum hoses on canister.
