Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery, the chassis ground at the bulkhead, and from the engine.

Install the supplied negative battery cable, PN 4362679, along the existing bulkhead wiring harness and attach the bulkhead chassis ground
securely with the screw previously removed. This negative cable must be in direct contact along the entire bottom length of the existing
bulkhead wiring harness or this fix will not work. Secure the new ground cable to the existing harness using tie wrap, PN 6015756. See
Figure 2 for additional information.

Attach the new ground cable to the engine at the same place the old battery cable was removed. Proper routing and torque specifications are
shown in Figure 1.
