Fig 5  Brake Shoe Identification

NOTE:  The inboard brake shoes are common. The outboard brake shoes are marked with an "L" or "R" mark denoting which side of the vehicle used.

1. Remove the protective paper from the noise suppression gasket on inner shoe assembly.

2. Install new inboard shoe assembly in caliper, entering retainer into the bore in the piston.
