Cruise Control Vacuum Vent Solenoid: Description and Operation

The vent and vacuum speed control solenoids are controlled by the engine controller.  The engine controller controls them by applying or removing the
ground from their respective circuits.  The engine controller uses input signals from various inputs to determine when these solenoids should be
activated.  Refer to Cruise Control/Description and Operation.
