Challenger V6-3.5L (2009)
8. Remove the catalytic converter ball flange nuts (1).
9. Remove two bolts and the upper (4) and lower (3) exhaust manifold heat shields.
10. Remove the exhaust manifold (2) and gasket (1).

LEFT EXHAUST MANIFOLD
1. Clean the gasket surfaces.
NOTE: If replacing the exhaust manifold, tighten the exhaust outlet studs to 39 Nm (29 ft. lbs.).
2. Position the exhaust manifold (7) and gasket (1). Install the retaining bolts (2). Tighten the bolts starting at the center working outward to 23 Nm
(17 ft. lbs.).
