6. Install the SCCM See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Steering Mounted Controls Communication Module/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Steering Column Control Module - Installation.
7. Install the wire pigtail routing clip over the lower left airbag stud, and remove temporary aid used to secure clockspring.
WARNING: Do not connect the battery negative cable See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics . If the system test is
not performed first it may result in serious or fatal injury.
