2010 (JC) Dodge Journey
NOTE:
This recall applies only to the above vehicles built August 10, 2010 through August 30, 2010 (MDH 081016 through 083014).
2010 (LC/LX) Dodge Challenger/Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger
NOTE:
This recall applies only to the above vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission built from July 27, 2010 through August 23, 2010 (MDH
072715 through 082316).
2011 (DS) Ram 1500 Series Truck
NOTE:
This recall applies only to the above vehicles equipped with a 3.7L, 4.7L or 5.7L engine built through August 26, 2010 (MDH 082622).

Subject
The power steering pressure hose on about 23,000 of the above vehicles may separate and cause a loss of power steering fluid. Power steering fluid
leakage in the presence of an ignition source can result in an underhood fire.
Repair
The power steering pressure hose material identification number must be inspected. Pressure hoses found without the correct material identification
number must be replaced.
