Challenger SRT-8 V8-6.1L (2009)
2. Install the camshaft tensioner plate assembly and tighten the bolts to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.).
3. Install the timing chain and sprockets See: Timing Components/Timing Chain/Service and Repair/Timing Chain & Sprockets - Installation.
4. Measure camshaft end play See: Specifications/Engine - Specifications. If not within limits install a new thrust plate.
5. Install the oil pump See: Engine Lubrication/Oil Pump/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement
