Accessory Drive Idler Pulley - Installation
5.7L/6.1L
1. Position idler pulley (1).
2. Tighten bolt (2) to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
3. Install cover (3).
4. Install accessory drive belt See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.
