Locate and center punch 1/4" from end of mixture screw housing. Use a 10:00 o'clock indexing on the right bank and a 2:00 o'clock indexing on
the left bank (see Figure 4).

Using a 3/16" drill bit, drill at a right angle (90~) to the housing through the outer section of the mixture screw.

Use a small drift, punch, or "L" shaped Allen wrench to pry out plug. Retain plug for reinstallation.
5.
Reinstall air cleaner assembly, vacuum hoses, throttle linkage, etc.
6.
Perform propane idle RPM adjustment per applicable service manual procedure.
