Differential Cover: Service and Repair

Removal
REMOVAL
1. Remove axle assembly from vehicle.See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Axle - 210RII/Removal
2. Remove axle housing cover bolts (1). Using suitable screwdriver, pry cover (2) from housing.
Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Thoroughly clean cover and install a 4 mm (0.157 in.) bead of Mopar(R) AXLE RTV (2) as shown.
