NOTE: A battery reconnect procedure must be performed anytime the battery has been disconnected. See: Starting and

Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Procedures/Battery Reconnection .

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the left rear quarter trim panel.
3. Remove the silencing pad.
4. Disconnect electrical harness connector.
5. Disconnect antenna harness connectors.

6. Remove mounting bracket fasteners

7. Remove module to mounting bracket fasteners (2).
