Engine Mount Insulator - Installation

Insulator, Engine Mount

INSTALLATION

1. Install the left engine mount (2) to the engine mounting bracket and hand tighten the bolts (1).
2. Install and hand tighten the engine mount through studs.
3. Tighten the engine mount to mounting bracket bolts to 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.).
4. Lower the engine and remove the lifting device.
5. Tighten the engine mount through studs to 12 Nm (106 in. lbs.).

6. Install the engine mount heat shield (2) and bolts (3). Tighten bolts to 11 Nm (97 in. lbs.).
7. Install the left engine mount to cradle nuts and tighten to 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.).
