16. Lift level sending card straight up and out of module.
17. Disconnect the electrical wiring from module.
18. Remove level sending card.
Right Side Module - Removal
RIGHT SIDE MODULE
1. Release the fuel pressure, refer to the Fuel Pressure Release Procedure See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Filter/Fuel Pressure
Release/Service and Repair.
2. Disconnect negative battery cable.
NOTE: The fuel level of the vehicle must be below 5/8 of a tank before you remove the module lock-rings. If it is above that you can spill fuel
in the vehicle.
