12. Verify that the shifter is in the PARK position and tighten the adjustment screw (5) to 7 Nm (65 inch lbs.).
13. Verify correct shifter operation.
14. If necessary, install the shield, covering the gearshift and park lock cables, to the floorpan and install the bolts to hold the shield to the floorpan.
15. Install the floor console as necessary.
