Front Door Hinge: Service and Repair
Front Door Hinge - Installation
INSTALLATION
NOTE: Upper hinge shown, lower hinge similar.
1. Position and align the upper or lower hinge to the outside face of the lower A-pillar using the reference marks made when removing.
2. Install and tighten the fasteners (1, 2) that secure the hinge to the lower A-pillar. Tighten the fasteners to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs).
3. Install the front door onto the vehicle. See: Service and Repair
