Charger SRT-8 V8-6.1L VIN W (2006)
PARTS REQUIRED:
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1.
Open decklid
2.
Remove the old deck lid seal.
3.
Install the new deck lid seal assemblies (w/stuffers).
4.
Remove the tail lamp assembly. Refer to the detailed service information available in TechCONNECT under: Service Info Group 8 - Electrical ,
Lamps/Lighting - Exterior, Tail Lamp Unit, Removal.
5.
Clean any dirt from rear fascia (Fig. 2).
6.
Remove tape backing from the new fascia seal.
7.
Apply the new fascia seal in the area shown (Fig. 2).
8.
Install the tail lamp assembly. Refer to the detailed service information available in TechCONNECT under: Service Info Group 8 - Electrical,
Lamps/Lighting - Exterior, Tail Lamp Unit, Installation.
9.
Repeat Step # 4 through Step # 8 for the opposite side of the vehicle.
