SYMPTOM/CONDITION
Manual transaxle shift lever vibration caused by the transaxle control cables (shift cable and select cable) rattling against each other.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
This procedure outlines a method for eliminating shift lever vibration. See Figure 1 for reference.
1.
Obtain a suitable nylon (plastic) tie wrap approximately 5" (127 mm) long .
2.
Place tie wrap around shift cable and select cable.
