Remove quarter trim, rework it as shown in the following illustration and install.

Remove seat belts and replace them with new parts.
2.
Remove upper quarter trim.
3.
Remove lower quarter trim.
4.
Install retractor and tighten it to specified torque.
Specified torque:
35-55 N-m (26-40 ft.lbs.)
