The idle-up system shall be adjusted under the following conditions, according to the setting procedures described below:

Setting Conditions

Coolant tem- 185 to 205~F (85 to 95~C) perature

All lights & OFF accessories
^
Transaxle Neutral
^
Electric fan OFF (disconnect cooling for radiator fan connector)

Parking brake Apply
^
On vehicles with power steering, set the tires in the straight ahead position to prevent the pump from being loaded...
