1.
Remove transaxle as outlined under Transaxle Replacement.
2.
Remove the flywheel or driveplate.
3.
Remove rear plate and bellhousing cover.
4.
Remove crankshaft rear main oil seal and retainer.
5.
Remove oil seal from retainer.
6.
Reverse procedure to install, applying sealant to shaded area shown in Fig. 57, prior to installation.
