Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber: Service and Repair
Replacement
1. Raise and support front of vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Remove brake hose bracket from strut assembly, then the strut assembly from knuckle.
3. Remove strut insulator to strut housing panel attaching bolts, then remove strut from wheel housing.
4. Reverse procedure to install.
