Colt Wagon 2WD L4-1468cc 1.5L SOHC (1989)
Clutch Slave Cylinder: Service and Repair
1. Drain clutch fluid, then disconnect hydraulic line.
2. On Colt, Colt Wagon and Summit models with 1.5L/4-89.6 or 1.6L/4-97.4 except Turbo engines, remove snap ring and clevis pin securing
slave cylinder to clutch fork.
3. On all models, remove attaching bolts, then the slave cylinder.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Apply multi-purpose grease to clevis pin or push rod contact surfaces as equipped.
b. Torque attaching bolts to specifications.
c. Bleed hydraulic system and adjust clutch pedal.
