The camshaft and rocker arms for the 2.3L diesel engine have been changed. The new rocker arms now have a ceramic tip. The camshaft is now
tufftrided for improved wear characteristics.
The sintered alloy (old style) rocker arm cannot be used with the new camshaft..
The ceramic tip (new style) can be used with either the old camshaft (without tufftride) or the new one (with tufftride).
