Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments

1. Slightly loosen adjusting bolt.
2. Loosen jam nut on operating rod, then turn pushrod to adjust distance between top of pedal and toe board to 6.9 inches.
3. Holding yoke in position, tighten jam nut to secure yoke to rod.
4. Set adjusting bolt to prevent it from depressing pedal lever.
5. Ensure clutch freeplay is 0.4-0.5 inch and that clutch pedal stroke is 5.9 inches.
6. If clutch pedal freeplay and clutch pedal stroke are not within specifications, bleed system.
