Radiator: Service and Repair
With M/T
1. Disconnect battery ground terminal.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Remove radiator cap, drain plug, overflow hose, upper and lower radiator hoses.
4. Remove upper and lower shrouds.
5. Remove radiator.
6. Reverse procedure to install, tighten bolts to specifications.
