NOTE: When applying voltage directly to relay, be sure it is being applied to the correct terminal, as relay may be damaged otherwise.
1.
Remove the cover under the glove box and disconnect the control relay.
2.
Using a suitable ohmmeter test the resistance between terminals of the relay as described in the table.
3.
If the relay passed all tests the problem is in either the relay circuit or the Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
NOTE: "Energized" means voltage applied across terminals 6 and 7 as shown in the image above.
