Stabilizer Bar: Service and Repair
4WD
1. Remove stabilizer bar from stabilizer link assembly and lower arm.
2. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a.
Tighten stabilizer link to No. 1 crossmember until protrusion of stud above top of nut is 0.24 to 0.31 inch.
b.
Tighten stabilizer bar to lower arm nut until protrusion of stud above top of nut is 0.24 to 0.31 inch.
