The MAINTENANCE REQUIRED warning light in the dash, will come on when the key is in the on position, and will go off when the engine is
started. It is used as a reminder to service the EGR valve (50,000 miles) replace the oxygen sensor (50,000 miles) or replace the Charcoal Canister
(100,000 miles). After performing the 100,000 mile inspection, remove the Maintenance Reminder Light bulb.
After servicing or replacing the components, the milage counter will need to be reset. The reset switch is located in the lower right hand corner
between the layers of the instrument cluster assembly.
CAUTION:If the speedometer is to be replaced, set the new odometer to the same reading as the odometer being removed.
