Timing Belt Service

INSTALLATION

NOTE:  Each numbered step refers to an associated numbered part in the above image. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.

Install:

Tensioner Pulley

3O.Timing belt tensioner

NOTE:  When installing the timing belt tensioner.

Attach the tensioner and the timing belt tensioner.

Engage the top of the tensioner spring on the water pump pin. Attach the hook in the direction shown in the drawing.
