TPS & ISC Removal
1.
Remove the Throttle Position Sensor/Idle Switch attaching bolts.
2.
Remove the TPS.
3.
Remove the ISC Servo assembly attaching bolts.
4.
Remove the ISC Servo assembly.
5.
Remove the Fixed Idle Speed Adjusting Screw and lock nut.
NOTE: Assembly procedures are the reverse of disassembly.
INSTALLATION OF THE TPS TO THE THROTTLE BODY
Positioning The TPS
1.
Set the TPS to the throttle body at a 90~ angle.
Adjusting The TPS
2.
Turn the TPS 90~ counterclockwise to set it, then lightly tighten the screws.
