NOTE: BE SURE THE SYNCHRONIZER SPRINGS ARE POSITIONED AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 1.

Install the 1-2 synchronizer assembly on the main shaft.

6.

Assemble and install the transmission as outlined in the appropriate service manual.

7.

Fill transmission with MOPAR 75W-90 Gear Lubricant PN 4549624 as outlined in the appropriate service manual.

NOTE: 75W-90 GEAR LUBRICANT MUST BE USED TO MAINTAIN COLD SHIFTABILITY.
