Tachometer: Description and Operation
PURPOSE
This signal generated by the electronic controller based upon the engine speed sensor signal. The engine controller supplies the tachometer with
signals that represent engine rpm. These signals are converted to linear motion on the tachometer, this shows the driver the engine rpm.
