Fuel Supply Line: Service and Repair
Injection Pump Supply Line - Replacement
Remove the bleed screw banjo fitting and complete the following steps
Remove the line from the Bosch pump fitting.
NOTE: To prevent loosening the pump inlet fitting, use two wrenches when removing the supply line.
Install the supply line in the reverse order of removal. Tighten line securely to pump fittings.
NOTE: Use the new sealing washers when installing banjo fitting.
Torque Value: 24 N-m [18 ft-lbs]
Tighten the banjo fitting screw.
Torque Value: 24 N-m [18 ft-lbs]
