THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A 5.9L DIESEL ENGINE.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
In low ambient temperatures (below 33 degrees), some vehicles may exhibit an inability to accelerate or a lack of power. This may be caused by ice
forming at the fuel intake area of the fuel gauge sending unit module. This condition can be corrected by installing a revised module with the fuel return
fine relocated to the bottom of the fuel pickup area.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves replacing the fuel sending unit module with a revised module.
Replace the fuel sending unit module with a new module, PN 52018309 as outlined in the appropriate service manual.
