Drain radiator coolant level enough to allow the removal of the T.I.D.C. valve. Remove and discard the CVS 3-port valve (this is the valve located
closest to the carburetor). Install T.I.D.C. 3-port valve, PN 4268716 (Figure 1).

Remove and discard existing T.I.D.C. 3-port valve and replace it with CVS 5-port valve, PN 4307895 (Figure 1).

Install engine vacuum harness, PN 4324480, connecting the 5-port and 3-port valves. Lay harness out as shown in Figure 1, connecting remaining
hoses to EGR valve, diverter valves, distributor, manifold vacuum tree, and carburetor (Figures 1 and 2).
NOTE:
ON THE CARBURETOR THERE ARE TWO HOSES, THE SHORTER ONE ATTACHES ON THE LOWER DRIVER'S
SIDE AND THE LONGER TO THE UPPER PASSENGER SIDE.
