THE RADIO EXCHANGE CENTER WILL SHIP THE EXCHANGE RADIO THAT HAS BEEN REQUESTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE
CALL.

Upon receipt of the exchange radio, verify that it is the correct model.

6.

Contact the customer for an appointment to exchange the radio. If the problem still exists after the radio has been exchanged, call the exchange
center for assistance.

7.

Package the defective radio in the same box the replacement radio came in, along with the EMCR. Retain one copy of the EMCR for your records.
Ship the radio prepaid (UPS), and insured at a value equal to the current dealer net price for that radio.

NOTE:

ALL DEFECTIVE RADIOS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE EXCHANGE CENTER WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
RADIOS NOT RETURNED IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE BILLED TO THE DEALER'S PARTS ACCOUNT.
