3-D - SERVICING SECONDARY HIGH SPEED BLEED

Remove secondary high speed bleed and install new bleed #210, PN 4397708 (Figure 3-D).

Reset fast idle specification as follows:

1650 RPM (Step 3 of the cam)

All speeds and timing remain the same except as noted above. Check and reset as required.

Type "This vehicle has been modified with Altitude Emission Package PN 4411980" and appropriate new specifications on the VECI Update
Label.

D.

Affix VECI Update Label, PN 4275084, near original VECI label.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

1.

Remove original carburetor and install new carburetor, PN 4324744 or 4324745.

2.

Install altitude compensator, PN 4306202, on the dash panel behind the engine.
