Remove suspect radio from vehicle and prepare an Equipment Manufacturer's Claim Request (form #84-581-7816), ensuring all pertinent
information (as shown on pages 8 and 9), including WRO number, is filled out and radio and EMCR are ready for SDS delivery person upon
arrival.

Signify that the SDS transaction occurred within the specified time frame by writing "SDS" and signing and dating page 2 of the EMCR in the box
marked "For Chrysler Use" as shown on page 9.

Dealer's Responsibility for Next Day Service (NDS)

Any Chrysler Motors dealer, outside the area of SDS, but within the limits of NDS, upon processing a vehicle for radio repair will:
