1. Install the brackets (1 & 2) and install the nuts (3).
2. Tighten the nuts to 95 N.m (70 ft.lbs.). 

3. Install the hook assembly (5) and install the FESM bolt (3).
4. Install the fascia support nuts (1).
5. Tighten the FESM Bolt (3) to 75 N.m (55 ft.lbs.). 
6. Tighten the fascia support nuts (1) to 95 N.m (70 ft.lbs.).
