2. Using a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the location of the hinges on the pillar to aid installation.
3. Remove the two upper hinge inner bolts (3).
4. Remove the two outer bolts (1) and remove the hinge (2).

Lower Hinge 

NOTE:  A suitable body sealant should be used when removing or moving the hinges.

1. Remove the four hinge bolts (5) and remove the hinge (4).
