Remove the screw that secures the seat belt turning loop to the height adjuster (Figure 4).

Remove the upper B-pillar trim panel (Figure 4).

For CLUB Cab Vehicles Only:
Remove the two (2) screws that secure the right upper door striker trim cover to the headliner and then remove the cover (Figure 5).
