Push the headliner tight against the rear roof panel header. Holding the drill perpendicular to the header, drill a 1/4 in. pilot hole through the
headliner and the header steel (Figure 6). Perform this step to both driver and passenger side rear headliner.

Gently pull the headliner away from the rear roof panel header. Using a 1/2 in. drill bit, drill the pilot hole in the headliner. Perform this step to
both driver and passenger side rear headliner.
CAUTION:
DO NOT DRILL INTO THE STEEL HEADER WITH THE 1/2 IN. DRILL BIT.

Firmly push the headliner tight against the header. Insert one pushpin into each hole in the headliner making sure the pushpin goes into the 1/4 in.
hole in the steel header.
