Transmission Temperature Sensor/Switch: Description and Operation
CIRCUIT OPERATION
The transmission temperature sensor is located in the transmission solenoid assembly The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) supplies 5 Volts to
the sensor on circuit T33. Circuit T54 from the sensor connects to cavity E1 of the PCM and provides the transmission temperature input. The
PCM provides ground for the sensor on cavity K4. Circuit K4 splices to circuit T35 which connects to the sensor.
