Heater Core: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

NOTE:  Evaporator Case must be removed in order to perform heater core removal and installation. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Evaporator Case

1. Remove housing top cover.
2. Remove the attaching screw from the heater core retaining bracket and lift the heater core from housing.

INSTALLATION

1. Position the heater core into housing. Install and tighten the attaching screw to the heater core retaining bracket.
2. Install housing top cover.
