2. Remove the upper C-pillar trim panels, See: Pillar Trim/C-Pillar Trim Panel-Removal.
3. Remove the lower C-pillar trim panels, See: Pillar Trim/C-Pillar Trim Panel-Removal.

4. Remove the three fasteners (2) that secure the cab back trim panel (1) to the cab.
5. Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, disengage the retaining clips that secure the cab back trim panel to the cab and remove the trim panel.
