Muffler: Service and Repair
Muffler - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove the tail pipe See: Exhaust Pipe/Service and Repair/Removal.
3. Remove the muffler-to-catalytic converter clamp (3).
4. Remove the muffler isolators (1 and 4).
5. Remove the muffler (5) from the catalytic converter.
