A special silicone grease for the throttle body 6-way connector is included in the parts package. Under no circumstances should any other type grease be
used in the connector or sensor failures may occur.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.

Disconnect the throttle body 6-way connector.

NOTE:

THE FOLLOWING STEPS ONLY APPLY TO THE THROTTLE BODY HALF OF THE 6-WAY CONNECTOR. NO
MODIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN THE ENGINE HARNESS HALF OF THE CONNECTOR.
